Terms and Conditions

This Agreement and Terms and Conditions belongs to Mobiledrome and "Consultant"

WHEREAS, Mobiledrome provides certain IT related services and Consultant has expressed an interest in working as an employee of Mobiledrome and receiving such IT software training

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the respective promises and representations contained in this Agreement, Mobiledrome and Consultant agree as follows:

IT Training

1. Mobiledrome shall provide training to the consultant in the desired selected course
2. Based on trainer feedback we will start marketing on you profile
3. Mobiledrome is responsible for creating updating your profile
4. If consultant(s) unable to do training assignment Mobiledrome is not responsible for marketing

Placements

1. Placement process will be strictly based on projects you do during training
2. We will not encourage consultants who are not doing their projects or assignments during project
3. We will market consults and placed them our existing clients or new clients
4. If consultant does not like our marketing services he/she can leave company without intimate
5. Mobiledrome push to consultants get in job quickly as soon as possible

Course Fees

1. Consultant should be training fees after three sessions
2. Payment options are flexible. We prefer two installments.
3. First installment 60% of payment should be done after three sessions
4. If some reasons consultant drop sessions in middle fees won't be refunded
5. No Refund for any training course
